The One-to-Watch Award recognizes an up-and-coming professional demonstrating exceptional career growth, community impact, innovation, and leadership potential while maintaining strong ties to and advocacy for the Charlottesville region.

Open to members in good standing of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Nominations of nonmembers will not be considered.
